A 20‑year veteran of Louisiana state finance, she now leads Business Operations at the Department of Health’s Public Health Lab. Ramona holds a BS in Management (Upper Iowa) and an MBA (LSU‑Shreveport), is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and is a graduate of both the Leadership Development Institute and Visionary Leadership Academy.
